SENIOR LOAN OFFICE SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY | TAMPA AREA

A high-performing mortgage team is quietly seeking a Senior Loan Office Specialist to support a growing pipeline in the Tampa market. This is NOT an entry-level support role. They need someone who can confidently manage files from pre-approval through submission while delivering a white-glove borrower experience.

Hybrid Schedule
Competitive Pay - $56K - $68K/annually
South Tampa Area

3+ years in mortgage lending.
Strong DU/LP & AUS experience.
Advanced income calculation skills.

LOS platform experience (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.)

Bonus if bilingual (Spanish/English) or NMLS licensed. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates exceptionally well with borrowers, and knows how to keep loans moving efficiently.
