A high-performing mortgage team is quietly seeking a Senior Loan Office Specialist to support a growing pipeline in the Tampa market. This is NOT an entry-level support role. They need someone who can confidently manage files from pre-approval through submission while delivering a white-glove borrower experience.

Ideal background:
- 3+ years in mortgage lending.
- Strong DU/LP & AUS experience.
- Advanced income calculation skills.
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA loans.
- Comfortable managing multiple files independently.
- LOS platform experience (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.)
